Delete your account

In the app

1. Sign in to ADEHYE Royal Chauffeur and open Account from the menu.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

If you have an upcoming or unfinished booking, cancel or complete it first. The app will tell you which bookings are still open.

If you cannot sign in, email support@adehyeroyal.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and close the account within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, saved contact details and any corporate account links. Kept: booking and payment records, including the passenger name on each booking, for the period required by Ghanaian tax and company law, and pickup and drop-off locations until our 24-month anonymisation process removes them. See section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

Chauffeur and staff accounts

Chauffeur accounts (held by independent contractors) and operations staff accounts are managed by RITHUM SYSTEMS GHANA LTD, because they hold trip, pay and tax records we must keep. Contact operations to close one.
